Family and Guests
The AACE Annual Meeting has always welcomed registered family and guests of attendees, and a special program of daily events is geared just for them. Each day of the official Annual Meeting begins with a Continental breakfast and includes a guest speaker, starting with a representative from the Boston Area Convention & Visitors Bureau on Thursday, who will answer questions about area activities. It’s a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other AACE family and guests.
In addition, optional tours will be offered in the afternoon on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Stay tuned for more information.

Complimentary Breakfast with Guest Speakers
While Annual Meeting registrants are attending educational sessions, we are pleased to offer Family and Guest attendees complimentary daily breakfasts Thursday through Saturday from 8:30 to 10 a.m. featuring daily speakers of interest. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUESTED.
Museum of Fine Arts – Art of the Americas Tour
Thursday, May 17th, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts (MFA), the 5th largest museum in the U.S., is home to more than 16,000 storied objects in its Art of the Americas wings. The world-class collection encompasses paintings, sculpture and decorative arts created throughout North, Central and South America over 3,000 years, with a visual feast that ranges from European and American ship models that served as templates for shipbuilders to a delightful collection of embroidered samplers…and so much more.
Fenway Park Tour*
Friday, May 18th, 12:00 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Even if you’re not a sports fan, a visit to Fenway Park is awe-inspiring. Best known as home to the beloved Boston Red Sox, Fenway opened on April 20, 1912, just 5 days after the sinking of the RMS Titanic. Since that time, little has changed within the tapestry brick architectural-style stadium, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places at local, state and national levels of significance and draws hundreds of thousands of visitors yearly for ballpark tours.

John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum Tour
Saturday, May 19th, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Visitors of all ages will find meaning and inspiration in the exhibits that honor and commemorate the enduring values of President John F. Kennedy.
