Attendee Hotel Policies

Connections Housing is the only official housing company associated with AACE's 27th ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC & CLINICAL CONGRESS. We have received reports that other companies are posing as the official housing vendor and may contact you offering housing for your trip. There is also a web site posing as AACE.
AACE's web site is https://www.aace.com.
The Annual Meeting site is http://am.aace.com

Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any other Housing Bureau appearing to represent Connections Housing or the AACE 27th Annual Scientific & Clinical Congress Housing Bureau in Boston. These companies will offer to give you a matching rate for your meeting and it is a credit card SCAM.

Such outside companies are not endorsed by or affiliated with AACE and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences. A hotel poacher/pirate is any unaffiliated hotel or third-party housing company that acts as an official housing company and solicits business from AACE participants. When individuals book hotel accommodations through poachers or pirates the consequences can be costly; event participants may be left without hotel rooms when they arrive at the event and incur fraudulent charges on their credit cards. Please report any questions or concerns to AACE via the contact form at http://am.aace.com/contact
