Whether you are an AACE member, nonmember, allied health professional, CAP member, or guest of an attendee, this website has three quick and easy options for you to register:

Meet-The-Experts and In-Depth Symposia Registration
An outstanding lineup of Meet-the-Expert (MTEs) and In-Depth Symposia presentations are offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
All MTEs and In-Depth Symposia run concurrently during each time slot, so it is only possible to register for one during each session. Be sure to indicate your choices for each of the sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Registration for MTEs and In-Depth Symposia is limited. While tickets are not issued for these sessions, seating is first-come, first-served. These sessions are well-attended; therefore, advance registration is required to ensure that the designated meeting space can accommodate all attendees. Additionally, city codes and fire regulations restrict the maximum occupancy in each session room. Your advance registration for these sessions is greatly appreciated to assist in planning.

Advance Registration for Meal Functions
AACE is required to provide a guaranteed number of people for each meal function in advance and only makes arrangements for the number of people who specifically register in advance for each meal.
Thus, we ask that you indicate each food function you will attend during the registration process, as it may not be possible to register for the function (due to seating and food limitations) when you arrive at the meeting. Tickets will be required for some of these events. Please note, not all functions are open to spouses or guests.
Dietary/Special Needs Requests
If you have a special request (e.g. kosher, vegetarian, allergies or other special needs), please include this information during the registration process. AACE will make every effort to fulfill your request. However, we cannot guarantee your request will be available at all times. For those requesting kosher meals, PLEASE NOTE: Failure for an attendee to collect a requested kosher meal will result in a charge to the requestor equal to the cost of the meal.
The Fine Print
Attendance at the AACE Annual Meeting is open to AACE physician members and non-members (MDs and DOs) and allied health professionals (AHP), including PharmDs, PhDs, endocrine nurses, diabetes educators, dietitians, etc. Please note, there are separate registration forms for physicians (MD and DO) and allied health professionals (AHP).
There is a FULL registration fee (Thursday – Sunday) and a DAILY registration fee available for the AACE Annual Meeting.
Spouses or guests of attendees are allowed to attend scientific sessions only if space is available, but are not permitted to attend the Annual Business Luncheon. In addition, spouses or guests are invited to attend all of the Family/Guest Programs and ACE Convocation, as well as the President’s Gala however, tickets are required for the gala and must be purchased in advance. Please see the online or hard copy registration form to purchase tickets. All spouses or guests will need to register as a guest to receive a badge to attend these events.
Cancellation Requests and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing in the AACE office prior to April 16, 2018, in order to receive a refund (minus a $50 processing fee). Cancellations received after April 16 will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for no-shows except in the case of extremely extenuating circumstances.
The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists reserves the right to cancel this program, in whole or in part, based on enrollment or conditions beyond our control and is not responsible for any personal costs incurred, such as airline or hotel penalties.
