Registration Information
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing (E-mail notification is acceptable) Cancellations received after April 23, 2012 will not be refunded as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared and packed for Philadelphia at that time. No refunds will be issued for no-shows except in the case of extreme extenuating circumstances. The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists reserves the right to cancel this program, in whole or in part, based on enrollment or conditions beyond our control and is not responsible for any personal costs incurred, such as airline or hotel penalties.
Workshop and Meet the Expert Registration:
Registration for each Workshop and MTE is limited. While tickets are not issued for these sessions, seating is first come, first served, so advance registration is imperative to ensure that appropriate meeting space is selected to accommodate attendees. Your advance registration for these sessions is greatly appreciated to assist in meeting these important planning needs.
Advance Registration for Meal Functions:
AACE must provide a guaranteed number of people for each meal function in advance and is required to pay for that number. AACE only guarantees for the number of people who specifically register for each meal in advance. When registering for the meeting, please indicate each food function you will attend, as it may not be possible to register (due to seating and food limitations) for the function when you arrive at the meeting. Also, if you have a special request, (kosher or vegetarian meal) please indicate this on the registration form. AACE will make every effort to fulfill your dietary request, although we cannot guarantee your request will be available at all times.
