An always-popular finale to the Annual Congress proceedings, the President’s Gala is the perfect opportunity for camaraderie and celebration.

The event is open to AACE Annual Meeting attendees and their guest(s). Single tickets are $35 or couples tickets are $60 and must be purchased in advance.
Domestic Chapters Reception
AACE’s active 13 state and 9 regional Chapters offer opportunities for domestic members to get involved in AACE activities close to home.
At the AACE Annual Meeting, the domestic Chapters Receptions are ideal gatherings to meet colleagues, both long-standing and new, and network with other AACE members from your area. Chapter receptions will be held at the Sheraton Boston Hotel on Thursday, May 17th at 6 pm. Please refer to signage located on-site for your chapter reception location.
International Chapter Reception
All international attendees are invited to join us as we celebrate and acknowledge the worldwide footprint of AACE at a special International Chapter Reception at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. With an international membership representing 95 countries (and growing), you’re sure to connect with an enthusiastic group of fellow endocrinologists for this evening of food and fellowship.
Wine and Cheese Reception
Leading-edge research and case study scientific posters from around the world will be on full display in the Hynes Convention Center Exhibit Hall C-D during the Wine and Cheese Reception from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Friday, May 18.
AACE is a strong proponent of fostering growth and development in endocrinology fellows, and the Fellows-in-Training Luncheon on Friday, May 18, 12:30 pm to 2:15 pm is the ideal function for those Congress delegates who are in the process of completing their endocrinology training. Join your fellow Fellows to learn about the many networking, research and learning opportunities we offer to maximize your training experience, both now and in the future.
Now in its 5th year as a featured Annual Meeting event, the Women’s Luncheon has proven to be one of the most popular. This year’s Women’s Luncheon will be held Thursday, May 17, from 12:30 pm to 2:15 pm on Level 3 at the Hynes Convention Center. We are pleased to have Saralyn Mark, MD, President & CEO of SolaMed Solutions, LLC as our speaker. As the event is in great demand, we encourage you to sign up early to attend. AACE Annual Business Meeting Luncheon (open to AACE members only)
All Annual Congress attendees who are AACE members are invited to join us for the Annual Business Meeting Luncheon, scheduled on Saturday, May 19, from 12:30 pm to 2:15 pm at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. The luncheon presentation will include the announcement of 2018 election results for Association officers, the installation of Daniel Hurley, MD, FACE as 2018-2019 AACE President, important committee announcements and relevant association membership business.
There is no additional charge for attending this event, but tickets are required to guarantee seating. Please refer to your registration form to make your reservations.
College Breakfast: Meet the Masters
New this year is the inaugural College Breakfast with the Masters, on Saturday, May 19, 6:30 am – 8:00 am at the Hynes Convention Center. This event is designed to honor and celebrate ACE Master of the American College of Endocrinology (MACE) honorees at the 2018 AACE Annual Meeting.
Attendees will have the chance to engage in conversation with MACE members - some of whom have made substantial contributions to the field of endocrinology. Also, learn firsthand what it takes to receive both the FACE and MACE distinction.
Although FREE, the College Breakfast is a ticketed event and limited to pre-registered attendees to allow for a more intimate, interactive experience.
