Dr. Galindo is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine, and the Medical Chair of the Hospital Glycemic Taskforce of Emory Healthcare System. As a Principal Investigator in the Diabetes and Metabolism Center at Emory University Hospital Midtown, Dr. Galindo participates as principal investigator and co-investigator on several ADA, NIH, and investigator-initiated studies. His clinical and reasearch interests focus on the management of diabetes in high-risk populations such as patients with advanced chronic kidney disease, with post-transplant diabetes and in hospitalized patients.
