Vin Tangpricha, MD, PhD is a Professor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Lipids. He serves as the program director of the Emory Endocrinology Fellowship Program. He is a co-author of the Endocrine Society/AACE guidelines for gender dysphoria and gender incongruence and serves as current president of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

Doctor Caroline Davidge-Pitts is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Consultant in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Nutrition at Mayo Clinic Rochester, Minnesota.She is a core member of the Transgender and Intersex Specialty Care group at Mayo Clinic with research interests in medical education related to transgender health care. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand Medical School, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2004, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mayo Clinic Florida and Endocrinology fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in 2014.

Marci Bowers, M.D. of Burlingame, California, is widely acknowledged as a pioneer in the field of Genital Reassignment Surgery and is the first woman worldwide to hold a personal transgender history while performing transgender surgery. She is a pelvic and gynecologic surgeon with more than 28 years’ experience and has now performed more than 1800 primary MTF Genital Reassignment Surgeries. She has established a transgender surgical education program at Mt. Sinai-Beth Israel in New York, is a board member of WPATH, and previously served on the board of directors for both GLAAD and the Transgender Law Center.

Aydin Olson-Kennedy, LCSW

Aydin Olson-Kennedy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Executive Director of the Los Angeles Gender Center. He began his Social Work career working with youth in foster care and group homes, the juvenile justice system, and those experiencing homelessness or precariously housed. Aydin’s advocacy work has also included assisting youth and adult victims and survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Over the past ten years, his career as a mental health professional has primarily focused on providing services for gender non-conforming and transgender youth, adults and their families. He speaks internationally on the importance of informed consent mental health care, with emphasis on broadening clinicians and families understanding of gender dysphoria and its impact on the psychosocial well-being of gender-nonconforming and transgender individuals.
