Dr. Margaret E Wierman is a Professor in Medicine, Integrative Physiology and OBGYN at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She has a lifelong interest in the control of the reproductive axis and role of sex steroids in women and men. Her research has involved control of GnRH neuron development, and disorders of the reproductive axis and more recently endocrine tumorigenesis, pituitary and adrenal. Clinically she is a reproductive endocrinologist interested in hormonal disorders in women and men. She is past Clnical Scientist Vice President of the Endocrine Society and led the Endocrine Society guidelines on the Role of Androgens in Women.

Dr. Holt attended Duke University and earned her MD at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She is board certified in Endocrinology, and practices in Raleigh, NC. Dr. Holt is Assistant Consulting Professor of Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine, Co-Director for Taking Control of Your Diabetes, and sits on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. She has been named five times as one of America's Top Physicians, has received a Patient's Choice award four times, was twice named Top Endocrinologist in Raleigh, and is a Top Doctor in Who’s Who for 2017 and 2019.
