NOTE: Should you choose to opt out of getting a hotel room through the official AACE hotel room block, your registration pricing will incur a $200 increase. There are exceptions for local participants or those who room share.

The Diabetes Technology Skills Workshop and the Thyroid Skills Workshop have an additional fee:
- Fellow, Resident, Student Member = $100
- Engaged Member = $125
- Informed Member = $150
- Non-Members = $175
The ASAP Board Review Course has an additional fee of $100. You will have the opportunity to add these to your pass during registration.
Visa Letter Request
To receive a visa letter, you must first register for the meeting. During check-out, there will be a prompt to request a letter once an international mailing address has been input. The letter will be emailed once registration is complete. In the event of visa denial, a full refund will be issued upon submission of the required documentation to AACE. Cancellation must be received on or before April 4, 2025. If past cancellation date, attendee will still have access to on-demand content.
