AACE has secured exclusive discounted room rates for our valued attendees. To further support AACE in securing these discounted rates, we urge you to book within the official room block. To support this initiative, those who book a stay at Harrah’s Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas, The LINQ, or Caesars Palace will receive a $200 registration fee discount. Your collaboration in this endeavor ensures AACE can continue providing you with exceptional value. Please note there are exceptions for those who live local, or room share with another AACE attendee.
Waitlist Notice – Occasionally, room nights may appear as “waitlisted.” Please proceed with completing your registration and housing checkout. As demand is monitored, AACE is adding rooms for specific nights, and waitlisted reservations are typically confirmed within a few days. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification.
