NOTE: Should you choose to opt out of getting a hotel room through the official AACE hotel room block, your registration pricing will incur a $200 increase.

The Thyroid Ultrasound Skills Training Workshop, and the Diabetes Technology Skills Workshop have an additional fee:

The ASAP Board Review Course has an additional fee of $100.

Details can be found on the registration portal. You will have the opportunity to add these to your pass during registration.


Visa Letter Request

To receive a visa letter, you must first register for the meeting. During check-out, there will be a prompt to request a letter once an international mailing address has been input. The letter will be emailed once registration is complete. In the event of visa denial, a full refund will be issued upon submission of the required documentation to AACE if cancellation is received on or before March 13, 2026. If the cancellation date is past, attendee will still have access to on-demand content.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any request for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. All requests are subject to approval by AACE. A non-refundable administrative fee of US $150 will be applicable to all approved cancellations. Cancellation requests received after Friday, February 20, 2026, will not be considered. AACE is not liable for any travel or hotel expenses incurred.
